Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek has been an American actor for more than 20 years. She was known to portray Tiffany Wilson, in the comedy film White Chicks Danielle Brooks and Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's House. Anne Dudek was an American actor best known as Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 comedy White Chicks. She is also popular for her television roles as the character Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek was raised within Massachusetts. She was a student at Northwestern University, where her first performance as an actress was on stage was in a production called The Iphigenia Cycle. It was staged off Broadway in New York City where she earned the Joseph E. Calloway award for her stunning performance and was featured as one of the top ten emerging actors in the theatre to be watched in American Theater Magazine. Dudek was offered roles on television as well as on the big screen. Matthew Heller was the husband of the talented actor from 2008 to 2016. Dudek was born in Boston Massachusetts in 1975 and was raised in Newton. In her early days she was a student at Northwestern University where she performed in various theater productions. Dudek also made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain (2000). The following year, she won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award for her performance in The Glass Menagerie. The Book Group was the first British drama-comedy in which she appeared. She has appeared as a guest star on a variety of TV programs like Desperate Women How I Met Your Mother, Friends, ER, Charmed Bodies Numb3rs, or Six Feet Under. In the pilot for Psych she was Lucinda as well as on Law & Order Criminal Intent a female teacher having a sexual relationship and a fellow student. Dudek was then added to several regular roles beginning in the fourth season as Amber Volakis. Dr. Gregory House is considering the possibility of her being a permanent member in his medical team. In the Heart and Head episode of the season finale her character was eliminated. In episode 5 of the season Saviors, House would have returned later in the episode as the result of a hallucination. That's how she reappeared for the rest the of the Season. Dudek also appeared on screen as Francine as the neighbor next door in Mad Men and as Alby's antagonistic wife on Big Love. Dudek was a part of Covert Affairs in 2010, portraying Danielle Brooks. She is the sister to central character. In 2004, she played Tiffany Wilson, a cruise-line hero in White Chicks. She also played Anthony Hopkins daughter in The Human Stain.
